I increased the maximum file size to 500mb. Further I will add many new portals including some erotic portals as many people requested this feature.
So have fun and kind regards Pascal

Hi Pascal,
I signed up for your service but it was just too slow. You suggest you have got dedicated servers running for the premium users, but I think you must just have too many paying customers as it was unusable?
That's impossible as there are almost no users on this server. so there is a dual core cpu with 4gb ram just for one user at a time. So it's really NOT slow at all.
Thanks for replying Pascal. It sounds as though my original assumptions may have been incorrect, however could it have been that there were multiple other premium customers (say 10 or 15 others) accessing it at the same time which resulted in the slow performance I saw?
Seriously I can't believe that there is too much load on the premium user server. I have never seen that there are multiple conversions running at the same time. So you always have the full power of the server.
But if you mean the free servers it's true .. they are absolutely overloaded at the moment. I got a new server which I'm going to add soon to the service. So it may gets a bit better.
I was wondering, if I wanted to convert and download youtube videos using your media converter and wanted to copy these downloaded files to DVD to play in a DVD player, what movie file format would I have to choose?
You can use Windows XP's movie maker. It should already be there, but if not... http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/moviemaker2.mspx When you choose to export it, you should get the option to burn it to a DVD. On that site there are directions, or you can follow the following link on how to burn DVDs in Movie Maker: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/create/savetodvd.mspx Remember, you need to have DVDs, not just CD-Rs and a computer that has a DVD compatible burner.
Now, seeing as how that software is from microsoft, the best formats to use with it would probably be AVI or WMV. I don't even think movie maker will take mov or mp4.

John's right, I've also experienced slow performance, are you sure its not down to load on the servers?

Hey, nancy!
I think I can help you out, here.

Hope that helps!
Whoops, the links don't go through.
If you already have movie maker,
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp
/using/moviemaker/create/savetodvd
.mspx
(you'll have to put those lines in the browser separately. Sorry, apparently blogger cuts it off.)
and here's the Movie Maker (from microsoft, so you know it's safe)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp
/downloads/updates/moviemaker2.mspx
THANK YOU JOSHUA! :D
